After your business with Coombe Community Trust (CCT) is completed, you can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We currently do not send your data anywhere though this may change if we choose to us an email marketing system but we will inform users of this change in advance.

We use contact forms to get information from you should you wish us to call you back and keep in touch with you about our services. This may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, company name and phone number. All of this data is processed by WordPress and sent to a data sheet.

Purchasing

When you make a booking with Coombe Community Trust it will be done either in person or over the telephone and we will keep your booking and payment information safe and completely separately from this website.
